What is a fanlisting?
A fanlisting is a list of fans that all like or love a
particular subject such as a movie, tv show, character, actor,
collectible, book, game, political philosophy, type of food, etc.
Anyone can join a fanlisting as long as they like the subject of the
fanlisting and follow the rules for joining. Joining a fanlisting is
really easy and it's an excellent way to show your appreciation and
love for whatever subject the fanlisting is based on. As long as you
don't mind giving your first name or a decent nickname, your
country, and a valid email address you can join any fanlisting you want! Most allow you to
submit other information as well such as the
URL of your web site if you have one, but that extra information is
not required to be added to the list of fans for that
subject.
Is this
the fanlisting for the Star Wars franchise?
This fanlisting is for everything Star Wars related (so the
franchise would be included because it's related to Star Wars). This
includes, but is not limited to, the characters, actors, movies,
scenes, books, comic strips, television series, games, art,
collectibles, music, locations, fan films, fanfiction, web sites,
franchise, etc. That is why the name of it is The Star Wars
Fanlisting.
Can
anyone add their name to the list of fans?
Yes! The only requirements are your Name (first name or a
nickname/screen name), Country, and a valid Email Address.
Do I have to link to the fanlisting in order for my site to be
listed?
No, but return links are greatly appreciated.
Is this site
established on the Internet?
We're working on that. Right now the site is still new, but we look
forward to the site being established on the internet. We're not
going anywhere. Years from now this site will still be online. We're
not going anywhere.
Ainabarad, the owner/maintainer of the fanlisting, takes good
care of this site, plans to for years to come, and if anything ever
happened where she couldn't maintain it she would find someone who
would take over, do as good of a job as her, and take care to ensure
it always remains online. Theoretically, this site will be online as
long as there is a Star Wars fan left online who cares about the
site and knows script so don't worry about us disappearing.
Can fans contribute to
the site?
Yes! Fans can contribute just about anything they want to the site!
In fact, it's encouraged! Just whatever you wish to contribute (if it's a big file, email me
the URL where I can find the file) and, if it's appropriate for the
site, I'll add it along with the name and a link to the person who
contributed it. Anything contributed to this site is greatly
appreciated!
What can fans
contribute to the site?
Fans can contribute just about anything they want such as fan art,
images, fan fiction, desktop wallpaper, icons, midis, wavs, etc.
